This will take place as part of the HeriCC | Heritage, Conservation and Creativity: Cultural Heritage in Transformation International Conference on 9 October 2024. Its objectives will be:
-
Familiarise participants with the concept of Creative Conservation through the use of photo-elicitation;
-
Address the advantages of Creative Conservation in promoting sustainable conservation practices;
-
Demonstrate how Creative Conservation relates to the history, theory and deontology of conservation and restoration;
-
Provide participants with the knowledge necessary to identify cases where the Creative Conservation methodology has been applied.
